“Empowering YOU to live healthy and reach YOUR health and fitness goals”
Our goal is to educate our clients on the proper form and techniques used in a safe, structured exercise program as well as proper nutritional information based on each client’s personal health and fitness goals. By teaching the proper form and adjusting postural deviations/muscle imbalances, we will enable you to transfer that form to any exercise you choose, ultimately making you feel more confident and comfortable in any training environment during your journey to reaching your health and fitness goals.
About Pro-Fit Personal Training
Pro Fit Personal Training, owned and operated by Brandon F. Jones, is a service-oriented business dedicated to helping clients reach their health and fitness goals. Brandon graduated from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio in June 2004 with degrees in Marketing and Operations Management. While attending Ohio State, Brandon supervised and managed the fitness facilities at Larkins Hall, the main recreation facility on campus. After graduation he moved to California in September, 2004 to pursue a career in fitness.
Brandon has enjoyed a love of sports and fitness since he was little, participating in soccer, baseball, basketball, and football throughout his school years. He got his first weight set at the age of ten and has participated in some form of resistance training ever since. Because of a love of fitness and exercise in his own life, Brandon has continued to stay well-educated on the proper fitness and training techniques by becoming NASM, ACE, AFAA, and APEX certified. In an effort to share the benefits of a balanced nutrition and exercise program Brandon started his own personal training business in Hermosa Beach, CA. Brandon is committed to educating and motivating his clients to reach their health and fitness goals.
After beginning the business in Hermosa Beach, Brandon relocated to Savannah, GA where he still operates under the same name. He also completed the 600 hour course and graduated from the Savannah School of Massage Therapy in September 2008. He then started Therapeutic Massage Specialists of Savannah in November 2008. He is now pursuing his Master of Science in Sports Medicine at Armstrong Atlantic State University and should be finished in August 2010. Brandon enjoys going to the beach, kayaking, working out, running in historic downtown Savannah and most of all helping others realize the benefits of physical activity and living a healthy and active lifestyle. The personal fitness training with an emphasis on core stability and posture combined with therapeutic massage techniques that loosen tight overworked muscles, caused by daily work activities and repetitive movements, allow Brandon to provide his clients long term relief from persistent aches and pains. This enables his clients to be more active and enjoy everything Savannah has to offer with less risk of injury.
