Boot Camp- Interval based circuit training designed to increase your heart rate while providing different activities that work various major muscle groups. Must reserve spot. Classes are outdoors so dress appropriately and bring water and a towel.

Butts and Guts- 40 minute class focusing on the muscles of the hips and abdominal area.

Historic Fitness Run- This is an hour long class from start to finish. We will meet at the gym and run to river street, up to city market and back through the cemetery. We will stop at historic areas along the way to do exercises. Followed by light stretching at the end of the run. Please dress appropriately.
