CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

If this is your first visit, please plan to arrive about 5-10 minutes early in order to fill out our client information form and not cut into your massage time. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your massage as the therapist may still be with another client and the door will be locked for both the client and therapist's safety. When you arrive you will be greeted, escorted to the massage room for your treatment and asked to fill out the client information form. Please drink plenty of water before and after your massage to stay hydrated and help get the full effects of the massage. Thanks, TMS Management

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, severe storms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:
-24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows
the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
•If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $30 to the credit card provided at the time of booking. If we are unable to process the charge on the credit card provided when booking the amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
-No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for
whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. No-shows will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment to the credit card provided at the time of booking. If we are unable to process the charge on the credit card provided when booking then future service will be denied until payment is made.
-Arriving late
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your
session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible forpaying for the “full” session amount.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan
accordingly and be on time.

Parking:
The TMS and PRO-FIT parking lot is located on the southwest corner of E. Liberty and E. Broad st. intersection. There are also parking meters along both E. Liberty and E. Broad, but you don't have to pay them after 5pm and on weekends.

Gratuity:
Just a friendly reminder that gratuity is not included in the price of your massage service. So if you enjoyed your therapist's work please let them know. Gratuity can be given through cash, check or credit card (Visa, MC).
